International activities
Heli and its regional rehabilitation and training centres are members of several international rehabilitation, disability and health promotion organisations in Europe and in the Nordic countries.
Heli and its regional centres are also actively taking part and coordinating several EU funded projects and continues to be active in the field of European level activities.
Heli is a member of European Platform for Vocational Rehabilitation EPVR and Rehabilitation International.
Heli is also a member of International Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease and Nordisk Hjärt- och Lungsjukas Förbund, which is a roof organisation for all our Nordic sister organisations in respiratory illnesses: in Norway Landsforeningen for Hjerte- og Lungesyke, in Iceland SÍBS, in Sweden Hjärt- och Lungsjukas Riksförbund, and in Denmark Lungeforeningen Boserup-Minde.
